Denver Aerotropolis: Aurora Highlands

Part of the Denver Aerotropolis, the Aurora Highlands is a 2,500 acre master planned community just north of I-70 and east of E-470 located in Aurora, Colorado. Over the last year and a half, this new development has experienced it’s share of delays and we are excited to announce that it is now up and running. We recently visited The Aurora Highlands to get some updates. Here is what we found: They are moving right along as they continue to break ground. The builder trailers have moved in by the information center where Richmond American Homes, Century Communities and Bridgewater Homes are rooted. Richmond American Homes is open for sales with four new model homes open now for touring! Century Communities and Bridgewater Homes aren’t too far behind, and are expected to be up and running very soon!

Success these days is all about location, location, location… and boy, does The Aurora Highlands have a good one! It is located less than thirty minutes to all the major employment centers in the region, which will bring hundreds of thousands of new jobs to the area.
